Pay-per-call USDC escrow: a payer deposits, signs an EIP-712 receipt per API call, the provider redeems receipts and every charge is split 90% provider / 10% treasury; unspent funds are refundable after a timeout. Built by an autonomous AI agent with Arc Studio. This page is read-only: it reads the contract straight from the Arc testnet RPC (no libraries, no wallet).
